コーヒーファクトリーさんは、2016年、世界ブリュワーズカップで優勝されている世界チャンピオン輩出店です。他にも国内外で多数受賞されています。店主の古橋さんはブルンジCOE審査員も務められました。エキスパート中のエキスパートです。
2009年、ルワンダでご一緒して以来、ご愛顧頂いています。

About Roasting
Our coffee beans are roasted at Coffee Factory in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.
Coffee Factory is a coffee shop that produced a champion at World Brewers Cup in 2016, and has received many awards both domestic and overseas. Its owner, Mr. Furuhashi, also served as a judge at Burundi Cup of Excellence (COE) (*1). He is a skilled and experienced expert.
